1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, enrolling in, or purchasing any course offered on eternalcourses.com (“the Platform”), you (“the Participant”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.
2. Nature of Courses
All courses offered on the Platform are educational and informative in nature in nature. They are not intended to substitute or constitute:
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Psychological or psychiatric therapy
- Professional counseling or treatment
Participation is voluntary, and users acknowledge personal responsibility for how they interpret and apply the course content.
3. Course Access & Delivery
- Courses may include live sessions, session recordings, and downloadable study materials.
- Session recordings are accessible for 30 days from the date of availability.
- Downloadable materials (PDFs, guides, ślokas, trackers, etc.) come with lifetime access unless stated otherwise.
- The Platform may modify delivery formats without compromising core content.
4. Non-Transferability & Usage Restrictions
- Enrollment is strictly non-transferable.
- Each registration is valid for one individual only.
- Sharing logins or materials is prohibited.
- Violations may result in termination without refund.
5. Certification
- Certificate issued only after course completion and required quizzes.
- Certificates acknowledge participation, not accreditation.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund available within 7 days of registration.
- No refunds after 7 days regardless of circumstances.
- Refund are processed with in 7-10 days to the orginal sources of payment
- No refunds for missed sessions or subjective dissatisfaction.
7. Course Changes & Operational Discretion
The Platform may:
- Adjust schedules
- Modify course structure
- Substitute instructors
- Reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances
Such changes do not qualify for refunds if core content remains intact.
8. Courses for Minors (Kids Programs)
- Require parental/guardian consent.
- Parents are responsible for supervision and guidance.
- The Platform is not responsible for unsupervised participation.
9. Intellectual Property
All videos, texts, recordings, designs, and branding are intellectual property of the Platform/instructors. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- No responsibility for personal interpretations or outcomes
- No liability for technical disruptions beyond control
Participation is at user’s discretion and responsibility.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use implies acceptance.
